GDRP protection conditions
- You hereby grant your consent to Intecs data, s.r.o. , with registered office at Šumavská 524/31, 602 00 Brno, ID No.: 27749240, registered in the public register kept at the Regional Court in Brno, file No. 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (hereinafter referred to as the “Regulation”) to process personal data such as:
- photographs and video recordings
- web browsing cookies
- Email may be processed on the basis of your consent and is necessary for the purpose of sending a professional newsletter. These data will be processed by the controller for the period of consent to the newsletter. Photographs and video recordings of professional seminars and training sessions may be used to promote the services of Intecs data, s.r.o.
- With the above stated processing you hereby give your explicit consent. The provision of personal data is voluntary. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email or letter to the contact address of Intecs data, s.r.o.
- The processing of personal data is carried out by the Administrator, but personal data may also be processed for the Administrator by the following processors:
- The Provider of Mailchimp software (https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/)
- Possibly other providers of processing software, services and applications not currently used by the Company.
- Please note that under the GDPR you have the right to:
- withdraw consent at any time
- ask us to tell you what personal data we process about you, to ask for a copy of that data
- request access to this data and have it updated or corrected, or request a restriction on processing
- request that we erase that personal data,
- data portability
- lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority or go to court.
