The management information system has been tailored to the customer’s requirements and specifics with an emphasis on the uniformity and reliability of the entire system. The discrepancies in the views of the different departments were the main challenge we had to deal with. In some cases, we even helped to unify corporate processes and information flows across the organization. Thanks to this project, the customer now has the information they need in a timely and correct manner.

For this project we developed:
Sales and stock reports
Graduation evaluations
Intranet applications
Accounting and controlling reports
Inventory data distribution
Calculation of complex margins
Instant overview of cash transactions
Loyalty program efficiency

Solution

“I’ve been interested in logistics since I was a kid and thanks to this project I could have a close insight. For me and for our company, the successful implementation of an MIS project in a previously unknown area of logistics was a challenge that we met to our mutual satisfaction. Very soon we became an equal partner of the client in terms of content as well. We now use this knowledge and experience on a daily basis in the analysis and development of new functionalities and reports. We were also very pleased that the implementation of the solution for DB Schenker was awarded the title of Microsoft Awards Finalist 2014 in the field of Business Intelligence”
