The goal of the cooperation with Givet was to help the company’s BI team with the implementation and development of BI analytics and the creation of a company-wide BI culture. The solution was to include the use of the new Microsoft Fabric data platform with innovative BI capabilities.

A key part of our cooperation was support and consulting during the deployment of the MS Fabric platform. Givet was among the first customers where we helped deploy MS Fabric and thus significantly expand the possibilities of BI functions. Another output of the cooperation was the preparation of a report for tracking order fulfilment, which provides the necessary indicators for company management and product managers.
For Givet, we also provided an automated solution for visualising the company’s organisational structure without the need for manual intervention. The organisational chart visualisation is based on data managed in Microsoft Azure Active Directory.
The cooperation continues with the setup and optimisation of BI processes and data, as well as support in identifying solution options for automating internal company procedures.
