Project description
We have become one of the key partners of Global Payments, a leading global provider of payment technologies and software solutions. The goal of the collaboration was, and still is, to create comprehensive reporting not only for management and sales representatives. Another goal was to create a fully functional data warehouse for all necessary data, which we plan to maintain and update according to the needs of Global Payments.

For Global Payments, we built a data warehouse on the Keboola platform with all company data across departments and countries. We created a comprehensive data model and detailed reporting. The reports cover several key business areas (sales, marketing, finance), as well as risk management and the company’s individual products.
The users of the reports include not only middle, senior, and top management, but also sales teams, who can use them to monitor and manage their performance and improve their results. This, in turn, brings higher profits to the company. Some reports use PowerApps technology, not only for data entry by front-end users but also for generating automated responses with links.
