Project description

The goal of the project was to create an on-premise data warehouse as a foundation for Power BI reporting in the sales department of FIXED, a company focused on the development, production, and distribution of mobile accessories.

Our collaboration is focused on the area of sales and all related activities associated with this field. The reporting includes the collection and analysis of sales data from B2B sales, where partners purchase goods and continuously provide information about their sales

This data is processed into reporting through the ETL process on a daily basis. The reporting also includes monitoring and analysis of various key performance indicators (KPIs), such as market value, sales volume, margin, and others.
