The solution also includes a central Management Report that brings together all key data and KPIs aligned with accounting months and fiscal years. It enables year-over-year comparisons and provides a data-driven foundation for strategic decisions.

We also prepared specialized analytical outputs for specific operational areas. For example, in turnstile analytics, managers can track visitor numbers by day and hour, seasonal fluctuations, the impact of holidays, and visitor structure (e.g., skiers vs. bikers).

In accommodation and gastro services, managers now have full visibility into revenue, capacity utilization, and supply efficiency. From weather station data, we created reports tracking the impact of weather on service performance. Reports also enable historical comparisons and forecasting of key metrics.

By moving to a modern data warehouse and Power BI reporting, we reduced operational costs, improved system reliability, and increased data consistency and quality. The solution was designed to be easily extendable with additional systems in the future.
