We won the Microsoft Awards 2019!

IN THE 21ST MICROSOFT AWARDS WE SUCCEEDED WITH TWO PROJECTS: BOOKBOT- THE INTELLIGENT AUDITOR AND OPERATIONAL REPORTING and SMART QUARANTINE FOR THE CENTRAL MANAGEMENT TEAM COVID-19

We are happy to announce that two of our projects have been recognized in this year’s Microsoft Awards.

The BookBot – intelligent auditor solution was successful in the Artificial Intelligence category and the Operational Reporting Smart Quarantine solution for the COVID-19 Central Management Team was successful in this year’s special Community Response Award category.

This is the seventh time in the last eight years that our projects have won awards in the Microsoft Awards.

BookBot

BookBot facilitates and automates the detection of errors, discrepancies and inconsistencies in financial and accounting data. This automation unifies the quality of accounting record checks across all clients. It also brings the ability to offer new customers a service where their accounting data can be retrospectively verified. For customers, this tool increases their sense of security and control over the accuracy and completeness of their accounting records while improving the quality and speed of their management and decision-making processes.

This tool is used internally by accounting advisors responsible for regular accounting controls have a tool that automatically assesses their compliance with a given set of rules. Within minutes, it identifies any deviations and provides them with an understandable output on their nature, so that the experienced accountant can focus on the analysis of specific accounting transactions. Externally, the tool is used for management, owners and investors who want to check the correctness of the accounting procedures of their company.

Smart Qarantine

Operational reporting Smart quarantine for the Central Control Team COVID-19 – is a portal that integrates and presents both publicly available data on the development of the current epidemiological situation and data for selected user groups (the Czech Army, the regional Health Service, Central Crisis Staff). For administrators, it provides the possibility of easy extension with data from various sources, simple administration and monitoring. For end-users, it offers clear and up-to-date information on the progress of the COVID-19 outbreak with the possibility of rapid response and coordination of all involved bodies.
